出发地乘机前往兰州，抵达后乘车前往酒店入住。
Depart from your hometown by flight to Lanzhou. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel for check-in.

早餐后前往游览【七彩丹霞（含门票+景交车）】，这里有数以千计的悬崖山峦，全部呈现出鲜艳的丹红色和红褐色，造型非常奇特。接着前往【丹霞口小镇】，西北特色文旅小镇，集特色美食、情景商业、民俗文化等于一体的休闲度假中心。
After breakfast, visit Zhangye Danxia National Geopark (admission & shuttle included), known for its colorful mountains and spectacular natural landscapes. Then explore Danxiakou Town, a northwest cultural town featuring local cuisine, cultural experiences, and leisure activities.

早餐后，游览【金塔胡杨林（含门票+景交车）】，景区内分布着西北地区最大的万亩人工胡杨林，极具观赏价值。接着前往【沙洲夜市】，这里是集商贸交易与民俗体验为一体的综合性夜市，整体建筑风格为仿唐建筑并兼有浓郁的地方特色。
After breakfast, visit Jinta Populus Euphratica Forest (admission & shuttle included), home to one of the largest artificial Populus euphratica forests in northwest China and especially beautiful during the golden autumn season. Then explore Shazhou Night Market, a lively destination combining local food, shopping, and cultural experiences in a distinctive Tang-style setting.

早餐后，游览【莫高窟】，一览佛教艺术瑰宝，是集建筑、彩塑、壁画为一体的文化艺术宝库。下午游览【鸣沙山+月牙泉（含门票）】，可自费体验骑骆驼，在鸣沙山上欣赏沙泉相依、沙不掩泉、泉不枯竭的奇景。
After breakfast, visit the Mogao Caves, a remarkable treasure of Buddhist art featuring ancient architecture, painted sculptures, and murals. In the afternoon, explore Mingsha Mountain & Crescent Spring (admission included), where the desert and spring create a spectacular natural landscape. Optional camel riding is available.

早餐后，前往游览【黑独山（含门票+景交车+航拍）】，其山体主要由奥陶纪滩间山群变碎屑岩及火山岩构成，表面因铁质、锰质元素氧化形成黑色“沙漠漆”薄膜，与周边白沙戈壁形成强烈色差，呈现水墨丹青般的独特地貌。
After breakfast, visit Heidushan (admission, shuttle & aerial photography included), a unique geological landscape formed by sedimentary and volcanic rocks. Its dark surface contrasts dramatically with the surrounding white Gobi, creating an extraordinary ink-painting-like desert landscape.

早餐后前往茶卡镇，游览【茶卡盐湖（含门票+往返小火车+鞋套）】，四面雪山环绕，平静的湖面像镜子一样，反射着让人陶醉的景色。晚餐后入住酒店。
After breakfast, travel to Chaka Town and visit Chaka Salt Lake (admission, round-trip mini train & shoe covers included). Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, the calm lake reflects the breathtaking scenery like a giant mirror. After dinner, check in to the hotel.

早餐后，前往【特色藏寨】了解当地特色手工艺品。接着游览【青海湖二郎剑（含门票）】，湛蓝的湖水与两岸绿油油的草地相衬，在清朗的天空与淡淡的白云下，各色野花盛开，牛羊悠闲其中，呈现仙境般的牧歌式风景。车览【日月山】后乘车前往西宁市，品尝特色【藏王宴】后入住酒店。
After breakfast, visit a Tibetan Village and learn about local handicrafts. Then explore Qinghai Lake Erlangjian Scenic Area (admission included), where crystal-blue waters contrast beautifully with green grasslands, wildflowers, and grazing herds beneath clear skies. Enjoy a scenic drive past Riyue Mountain before heading to Xining. In the evening, enjoy a special Tibetan Royal Feast before hotel check-in.

早餐后，前往游览【黄河楼（含门票）】，兰州地标建筑，楼内设有黄河文化展厅，登上顶层可俯瞰波澜壮阔的黄河。尔后参观【牛肉面博物馆】，品尝和体验DIY拉面。继续游览【黄河风情线】，黄河蜿蜒穿城，风光绵延的滨水景观长廊。送机结束愉快的旅程。
After breakfast, visit the Yellow River Tower (admission included), a landmark of Lanzhou featuring a Yellow River culture exhibition hall and panoramic views of the magnificent river. Then visit the Beef Noodle Museum to taste and experience making authentic Lanzhou beef noodles. Continue along the Yellow River Scenic Line, a beautiful riverside promenade, before transferring to the airport for your flight home.

抵达吉隆坡，解散后各自返回温暖的家。
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur. After dispersing, return to your own homes.
