12天10晚 朝圣高原 遇见西藏 Journey to the plateau encounter Tibet - EX KUL

客人带着愉快的心情前往国际机场办理登机手续，准备搭乘班机飞往成都。

抵达成都后，转机前往林芝。抵达林芝后由专业导游接机，随后前往酒店休息。
Upon arrival in Chengdu, transfer to a flight to Nyingchi. Upon arrival in Nyingchi, a professional guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel for rest.

早餐后，翻越色季拉山（海拔4700米），远眺喜马拉雅东端最美的南迦巴瓦峰（海拔7782米），有“西藏众山之父”之称。随后前往鲁朗林海（海拔3700米），欣赏如诗如画的自然风光。途经通麦大桥后前往波密。
每年3月20日至4月20日期间，可游览沿途的波密桃花村。
After breakfast, cross Sejila Mountain at an altitude of 4,700 meters and admire Namcha Barwa Peak at 7,782 meters, known as the “Father of Tibetan Mountains.” Continue to Lulang Forest at 3,700 meters and enjoy its beautiful natural scenery. Pass Tongmai Bridge before heading to Bomi.

Note: From March 20 to April 20 each year, visit Bomi Peach Blossom Village, a seasonal attraction along the route.

早餐后，前往然乌湖（海拔3850米），有“藏东第一大湖”之称，欣赏壮丽的湖泊景观。接着前往米堆冰川，游览结束后返回波密。

备注：因来古冰川目前关闭，行程更换为米堆冰川。

After breakfast, visit Ranwu Lake at an altitude of 3,850 meters, known as the “Largest Lake in Eastern Tibet,” and enjoy its breathtaking scenery. Continue to Midui Glacier before returning to Bomi.

早餐后，前往岗云杉林（海拔2700米），被《中国国家地理》评选为中国最美十大森林之一。随后前往嘎朗湖观景台及鲁朗小镇（海拔3385米），感受浓厚的藏族风情。游览结束后返回林芝。

备注：因岗云杉林草湖关闭，更换为嘎朗湖观景台。

After breakfast, visit Gangyun Spruce Forest at an altitude of 2,700 meters, recognized by China National Geography as one of the top ten most beautiful forests in China. Continue to the Galang Lake Viewing Platform and Lulang Town at 3,385 meters to experience its strong Tibetan cultural atmosphere. Return to Nyingchi after the tour.

Note: Due to the closure of Gangyun Spruce Forest Grass Lake, the itinerary has been changed to the Galang Lake Viewing Platform.

早餐后，沿途欣赏尼洋河风光。前往巴松措（海拔3490米，含观光车）及湖心岛，也称“错高湖”。随后前往措宗寺，寺内供奉莲花生大师，是当地人心中的圣地。之后前往拉萨。

After breakfast, enjoy the scenic views along the Niyang River. Visit Basongcuo Lake at an altitude of 3,490 meters, including sightseeing by shuttle bus, and explore its central island, also known as Cuogao Lake. Continue to Tso Tsong Monastery, a sacred site dedicated to Guru Rinpoche. Then proceed to Lhasa.

早餐后，前往布达拉宫（海拔3650米），欣赏这座世界上最高的宫殿及西藏古建筑艺术的精华。接着前往大昭寺（海拔3650米），随后漫步八廓街，感受拉萨当地的藏族文化与生活。

游览完毕后，我社免费赠送每位客人1份咖啡、1份甜点及《旱地拔葱》视频剪辑。

After breakfast, visit the Potala Palace at an altitude of 3,650 meters, the world’s highest palace and a masterpiece of Tibetan architecture. Continue to Jokhang Temple at 3,650 meters, followed by a stroll along Barkhor Street to experience Tibetan culture and local life in Lhasa.

After the tour, each guest will receive a complimentary coffee, dessert, and a professionally edited “Pulling Green Onions from Dry Ground” highlight video.

早餐后，沿途车观雅鲁藏布江风光，翻越岗巴拉山（海拔4990米）。前往羊卓雍错（海拔4440米），欣赏西藏三大圣湖之一的美景。随后前往卡若拉冰川（海拔5400米），远眺乃钦康桑雪山。途经斯米拉水库后，探访白居寺（海拔3900米）。远观宗山抗英古堡后前往日喀则。

After breakfast, enjoy views of the Yarlung Tsangpo River and cross Gangbala Mountain at 4,990 meters. Visit Yamdrok Lake at 4,440 meters, one of Tibet’s three sacred lakes. Continue to Karola Glacier at 5,400 meters and admire the distant Nyenchentanglha Snow Mountain. Pass Smila Reservoir and visit Shalu Monastery at 3,900 meters. View Zongshan Anti-British Fortress from afar before continuing to Shigatse.

早餐后，前往扎什伦布寺（海拔4000米）。随后打卡318国道纪念碑，途经加措拉山口，前往定日。沿途欣赏希夏邦马峰、卓奥友峰、珠穆朗玛峰、马卡鲁峰、洛子峰等壮丽景色。

抵达加乌拉山口后，经72拐进入珠峰自然保护区，前往珠峰大本营（海拔5200米，含观光车）。最后探访绒布寺（海拔5150米），之后入住扎西宗酒店。

After breakfast, visit Tashilhunpo Monastery at 4,000 meters. Stop at the 318 National Highway Monument and pass Gyatso La Pass before continuing to Dingri. Along the way, enjoy spectacular views of Shishapangma, Cho Oyu, Mount Everest, Makalu and Lhotse.

Reach Gaula Pass and enter the Mount Everest Nature Reserve via 72 hairpin turns. Continue to Everest Base Camp at 5,200 meters by sightseeing shuttle bus. Finally, visit Rongbuk Monastery at 5,150 meters before checking in at the hotel in Tashi Town.

早餐后，前往加乌拉山口，观赏5座海拔8000米以上的世界级山峰。之后返回定日，再返回日喀则。

After breakfast, head to Gaula Pass to admire five world-class peaks above 8,000 meters. Then return to Dingri before continuing back to Shigatse.

早餐后，前往藏民俗文化村，了解藏族风情，感受当地简单质朴的生活。随后前往罗布林卡，欣赏典型的藏式风格园林，感受拉萨“世外桃源”的独特魅力。之后入住拉萨酒店。

After breakfast, visit a Tibetan Folk Culture Village to learn about Tibetan customs and experience the simple and authentic lifestyle of the local people. Continue to Norbulingka, a classic Tibetan-style garden known as Lhasa’s “Hidden Paradise.” Then check in at the hotel in Lhasa.

早餐后，前往机场，搭乘航班经成都返回温暖的家。

After breakfast, head to the airport and take a flight via Chengdu for the return journey home.
